KATSEYE’s Chicago stop on The WildWorld Tour is listed for Thursday, November 5, at United Center. The venue’s current event page gives an 8 p.m. start and says gates open at 6:30 p.m.

Standard floor-ticket holders must enter through the South Atrium when gates open. People with an upgrade or additional package should follow the instructions sent with that purchase.

The venue also lists a separate pre-show party from 6 to 8 p.m., marked sold out. That party requires its own admission in addition to a concert ticket, and the page says the artists will not appear at it.

For merchandise, an official KATSEYE community notice on Weverse lists early sales at the South Atrium beginning at 2 p.m. November 5. It says booth locations and hours can change with conditions at the venue.

Additional merchandise booths are listed inside the arena once general-admission doors open. The notice says payment is by card and lists credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay, while cautioning that accepted methods can vary.

The official light stick is limited to one per person, subject to changes announced at the booth. The notice also says shopping bags will not be provided.

For transit, the CTA’s United Center directions identify the Damen Green Line station and Ashland/Lake Green and Pink Line station as nearby options. The arena is also within walking distance of the Illinois Medical District Blue Line station.

The CTA lists the #9 Ashland, #20 Madison, #50 Damen and #126 Jackson buses as routes serving the arena or stopping within a few blocks. Check the route’s current service information when planning the trip.

These are the venue’s published plans as checked November 5. Before leaving for the arena, check the official event page and current artist notices for any changes to the schedule or entry instructions.
