This Privacy Policy explains how Scapi Magazine (“Scapi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit scapimag.com, contact us, or purchase merchandise through the site.
For privacy questions or requests, email scapimag@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact forms: your name, email address, message, and related technical information used for spam prevention and delivery.
- Orders and checkout: your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, products ordered, order value, shipping selection, and order history.
- Order support: your order number, communications with us, and any photos or other information you provide about an order problem.

Information collected automatically
When you use the site, Scapi and its service providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and information about how the site and its advertisements are used.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide order updates, and handle refunds, replacements, disputes, and customer support.
- Respond to contact-form messages and other requests.
- Detect fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats.
- Measure site performance, readership, and advertising activity.
- Comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations and enforce our terms.
Scapi Magazine does not currently operate a promotional email or newsletter program. We use order and contact information to provide requested services and respond to you, not to send unsolicited marketing email.
Payments and order fulfillment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment-card information is submitted directly to Stripe; Scapi Magazine does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may process transaction, device, contact, and payment information under its Privacy Policy.
Our merchandise is produced and fulfilled on demand by Printful. We provide Printful with the order, product, contact, and shipping information needed to manufacture and deliver your purchase and resolve fulfillment issues. Printful handles that information under its Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site and its providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, login sessions, preferences, fraud prevention, security, audience measurement, embedded content, and advertising. You can limit or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may prevent the store or other site features from working correctly.
Advertising and audience measurement
Scapi Magazine does not sell or rent names, email addresses, mailing addresses, order histories, or customer lists, and we do not provide that information to third parties for their own email marketing.
The site displays advertising through Google AdSense and uses Jetpack audience-measurement services. When Google services such as AdSense, Google Fonts, reCAPTCHA, or embedded YouTube content load, a visitor’s browser may send Google information including the page URL, IP address, browser information, and cookie or device identifiers. Google may use this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and, depending on the visitor’s settings and applicable consent requirements, personalize advertising. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and manage advertising choices through My Ad Center.
Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the site, provide requested services, comply with law, or protect Scapi and others. Providers may include:
- WooCommerce, WordPress.com, Jetpack, Automattic, and Gravatar for store, publishing, audience measurement, account, and media features. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
- Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Printful for merchandise production, shipping, and fulfillment support.
- Google for advertising, fonts, anti-spam tools, and embedded media.
- Wordfence for site security, firewall, malware scanning, and abuse detection. See Wordfence’s Privacy Policy.
- Hosting, email, delivery, and technical-service providers that help run and support the website.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; to protect legal rights or safety; or in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the site or its assets.
Embedded content and external links
Pages may include content or widgets from services such as YouTube, Discord, social networks, podcast platforms, or other third parties. Loading or interacting with embedded content may allow the third party to collect information as though you visited its service directly. External sites and services are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Order and transaction records may be retained to provide support and meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, and legal obligations. Contact-form messages and support communications are retained as needed to respond and maintain appropriate records. Security logs may be retained as needed to detect and investigate threats. Information may be kept longer when required by law or while a dispute is active.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Email scapimag@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.
You can control cookies through your browser and manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center. We do not send promotional marketing emails, so there is no Scapi marketing list from which to unsubscribe.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those locations may have different data-protection laws.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site, store, or service providers change. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest version.
